It’s important to me to work with a team who is self aware. Are you aware of your shortcomings and your strengths? Tell me you are.
Secretly Curious
Tell me about something about yourself that wouldn’t ordinarily come up. I’ve worked with a team for years and never knew anyone’s middle name.
Team Callouts
If everyone needs a lift in spirits, use one of these to pump up team members. For example, who on the team would survive a zombie apocolypse? It’s not about the question, but it can reveal who is resourceful, who is reliable and who you might want to avoid if they start eating flesh.
